Identifying Key Factors Influencing the Empowerment of Technological Staff in an Industrial Knowledge-Based Company: A Case Study within the Policy Framework of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade

Abstract

The present research was carried out with the aim of identifying the effective factors on the empowerment of the technological employees of a Knowledge-based company. The current research method is practical in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of the nature of data collection. Also, the present research questionnaire has been completed by 389 company personnel. The data collected using the questionnaire has been analyzed using statistical techniques, in order to examine the characteristics of the respondents from descriptive statistics and descriptive statistics indicators such as central indicators (mean, mode and median) and dispersion indicators (standard deviation and Variance) has been used and to test the research hypotheses, structural equation model and especially the path analysis technique have been used, after which all The research hypotheses were confirmed. The findings of the research show that the relationship between the independent variables of knowledge, skills, communication and employees' sense of trust with the dependent variable of empowerment is appropriate, but the relationship between the independent variable of employee motivation and the dependent variable of pattern empowerment is inappropriate. Also, all independent variables of the model (knowledge, skills, communication, motivation and feeling of trust of employees) have a significant effect on the dependent variable of the model (employee empowerment).
